Our Programs

We cater to young runners between 8-15 years and have programs to suit different abilities.

Rising Runners

Running is a foundational activity for many sports our kids love to play. However for some their lack of running ability may limit their participation in teams and events with their friends. Our Rising Runners program aims to break down barriers by gradually building up their fitness and develop love of running. By the end of the 10 week program we aim to help your child run (at a comfortable pace for them) for 20-30 mins and celebrate by doing this together.
